TERMS & CONDITIONS

**Accommodations: **

- Each client is entitled to 3 reserved parking spots at the studio; however, ample street parking is also available for additional vehicles. Clients are kindly requested not to utilize parking spaces designated for neighboring properties to maintain good neighborly relations. Our studio accommodates 16 to 20 people comfortably including tech and band and will include seating for 20.  

 

 

**Included Services: **

- The studio rental includes basic equipment for operation within the premises, a tech will be provided from our part to help with the logistics and equipment. For information detailed regarding included equipment and hospitality accommodations, I recommend visiting the "Our Studio" section on the website for a comprehensive list of amenities provided. 

 

 

**Cleaning & Damages: **

- Clients are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the studio and ensuring it is left in its original condition. Any damages caused during the rental period will be the sole responsibility of the client and will be billed as needed.

 

**Cancellation Policy: **

- Cancellations made at least  7 days in advance will result in a full refund, while those made within 4 days will receive a half refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 2 days of the scheduled rental.

 

**Prohibited Items: **

- The studio strictly prohibits the use or possession of any drugs or substances on the premises to uphold a safe environment for all clients.

- The studio strictly prohibits the use or possession of any weapons or firearms on the premises to uphold a safe environment for all clients.

 

**Smoking Policy: **

- Smoking is not allowed inside the studio due to the risk of fabric odor absorption. A designated smoking area is available outside the premises for use.

 

**Overtime Policy: **

- An overtime fee of $200 per hour will apply if there are no bookings after your scheduled time. Overtime must be approved and paid for if no other clients are scheduled immediately after your booking slot.
